I was initially drawn to meditation because it sounded cool, but when I started learning from you, Priya, I realized that it had a deeper meaning and impact. Meditation helped me understand myself better, especially in terms of my reactions and sensations in the present moment. It was a valuable tool during my recovery from addiction. I wanted to dive deeper into meditation and mindfulness and be able to pass on these practices to others.
